Teamwork has won numerous outstanding supplier and product awards for winter,
bell over the years…
Now’s the time to let Winter, Bell teamwork win for you.
Teamwork isn’t just a trendy buzzword at Winter, Bell. Teamwork is tightly woven
into the fabric of our corporate culture. We’re dedicated to it. To total
effort. To continual growth. Every day. Just thirty-plus employees pitching in,
helping out, working together to be #1 in the business of paper converting and
manufacturing. We understand that when we’re good at what we do, it makes our
customers good at what they do. And then everyone is a winner!
Back in 1997, Winter, Bell decided to sponsor a mini NASCAR race team. The race
was organized by the high point YWCA with benefits going to the reduction of
teen pregnancy and breast cancer.
As a team, we established our mission. We set objectives and developed a
strategy. We put together the best drivers, the best pit crew and the best tuned
car. And we won. Winter, bell won the championship trophy for the first four
years. Suddenly, Winter, Bell became “the team to beat”. Some of our fellow
competitors turned to unsavory methods to defeat us. The following two years we
placed in the championship races, a 2nd place and a 3rd place. This past year
our car was forced into a crash and did not finish. Undaunted, we are targeting
a championship win in 2004.
This level of commitment shown in our race car is what we are committed to doing
every day for our customers.
